Bathroom and bedroom doors

Some of the interio doors are sliding. 
You find a one inside the bathroom to separate the WC. 

The bedroom can be also closed from the kitchen to ensure your privacy. 

Bathroom windows

We recommend to keep at least one window open in the bathroom at all times to avoid excesive humidity. 

Hairdryer

You can find it under the sink in the drawer.

Bathroom heating/dryer

To switch on the heating/dryer in the bathroom press the top left button twice and you will see the timer counting 60 minutes. 

If an hour is not enough, just push the button later again.

We do not recommend to change the temperature settings as they are optimised to let your towels or cloths dry fast and the bathroom get warm quickly. 

Bedroom air conditioning: cooling/heating

Air conditioning in the bedroom is operated with the remote control.
You can cool the room in summer or heat in winter.
In spring and autumn, normally no cooling or heating is necessary as the temperatures are comfortable enough.

Extra pillows and blankets

You can find extra pillows in the boxes under the bed in the master bedroom.

Blankets are in the wardrobe in the living room.

Mosquito net

Please keep the mosquito net closed at all times when the glass door to the terrace is open to ensure that you are not disturbed. 
Nature is just a few steps away :)

Patio

The glass door to the patio (from the bedroom) is a sliding door.

The Patio has lights to switch on, which makes it enjoyable to sit outside in the evenings.

The neighbours will appreciate it if you respect their wellbeing  - please, do not be too loud in the patio, especially at night! 

Kitchen utensils

We really love cooking, therefore, there is a plenty of everything in the kitchen that you may need for cooking and dining at home. 

We recommend to use the cooker-hood always when you cook smth solid to ensure you have fresh air in the apartment.
We appreciate that you keep kitchen appliences clean and leave the dishes washed at your departure. 

Coffee machine 

It is a simple one. Just put a coffee capsule inside and press the button.
You will find some capsules on you arrival, which is enough for the first few cups of coffee:) 

Afterwards, please, buy and use the right capsules to ensure the machine works well. 
Please, use the filtered water only. The filter is on the table next to the fridge. 

Garbage

The garbage can be brought out to the container that stands 20 meters away from the apartment entrance door.

We recommend to take out the garbage daily to avoid attracting insects.

You do not need to sort the garbage. 
If you have huge items to dispose of, place them near the container.

Living room sofa

The living room has a sofa transformable into a comfy double-bed. Remove the sofa pillows and pool the uper part forward and down.

The bed linen set will be provided to you by the host.

Cooling and heating the living room

In the living room you can use the air fan, although the air conditioning in the bedroom is strong enough to cool the whole apartment.

During the cold season, the electric heater (we provide 2 of them) can be switched on. But please do not put both of them on together, to avoid a shutdown.

Home-office corner

There is a table, an office chair and the screen with HDMI cable for your use. 

There are two sockets  under the table - for the screen and for your device.
 

Windows in the living room

The window near the home-office corner has sliding glasses.  Press the button down to open the window locker. To close, pull the frame with some effort, so that you hear a click. 

TV

It is a smart TV. You can login with your own account into the steaming service apps.
 
Don't forget to logout from your accounts before the departure.  

WiFi / WLAN

The access password in provided directly via the QR-Code which you find in the living room. 

Entrance door keys

Your host will meet you at the apartment on your arrival and will handover the keys.

Entrance door locker

From the outside, the entrance door to the apartment opens by turning the key to the left (anti-clockwise) and closes by turning it to the right (clockwise).  
From the inside, it works the other way round.

Electricity

If a lot of electrical appliances are switched on at the same time, it is possible that a shutdown will occur. This can be quickly improved. Please contact your host Katya directly and she provides all the instructions.
